They formed in the first quarter of 2007 and this Northampton based band gelled together with a good dose of gigging experience. They know the sounds they want to play and know what the public want to hear. They describe there sounds as Industrial, Indie Rock with a lot of emotion.

I have been asked to provide my thoughts on there latest song called 'Trust', not something I have done before, so I think I will give it a crack and see if anyone agrees with me. After playing this track over and over I find the song which is about trust, has the singer venting he's frustration at how one person can change colors so rapidly later in life. Possibly a common frustration which could relate to many people who think they know one person but soon sees there other side after a certain time....

....Anyways after I press play the lead guitar sound swings from left speaker to right speaker for 10 seconds before the drums kick in. Lift off! Here we go, the beat remains constant, it comes in thick and fast then the lead vocalist joins in and is accompanied by a backing vocalist in the last part of the verses and then smoothly reintroduces himself in the latter part of the song. The producer has done a great job in engineering this piece; the tambourine is not too overpowering yet neatly present all the way through the song. The beat reflects the emotions all the way through the song and ends asking questions, thus giving the listener a feeling there is more to come from his scenario.

I must say, it is quite impressive. I can sum 'Trust' up in three words; energetic, fast and meaningful. I've listened to quite a few of The Visions recordings and they do sound pleasing to the ears also amazing when playing live, worth checking out.
